What are the side-effects of kratom?

Overdose of kratom is when you feel health side-effects like hallucinations, tremors and aggression. With all of it you can have slurred speech, heavy or shallow breathing, lethargy and impaired motor skills.
Users who are concerned with building up a kratom tolerance should always take the lowest dose needed to obtain the desire effects. Another way to avoid tolerance is by switching between strains since they all have different alkaloids and effects on the body. Cases of kratom overdose and death have been reported, but in every case, there was a mixture of other substances involved including alcohol, gabapentin, benzodiazepines, fentanyl, cocaine and heroin.
